What kind of synthetic fiber do you use?
Mindo only use the most reliable quality synthetic fiber, such as REHAU, WIN-TECH and VIRO. The fibers are extremely durable, environmentally friendly, resists sunlight, saltwater and temperature variations.
What’s the warranty of synthetic fiber?
REHAU could guarantee at least 5 years, VIRO and WIN-TECH are both 3 years
The above warranty does not cover failure or damage caused by improper applications, and unreasonable conditions or abusive use.
Is there any other cushion fabric available?
Yes, we not only use the normal polyester waterproof fabric, but also could use the Sunbrella fabric, and SPUN fabric to achieve a soft and comfortable cushions products
What’s the thickness of Aluminium framework?
Normally we use 1.2-2.0mm thickness aluminium, but also upon the request of our customers.
Can you help me if I have my own design?
Individual designs can be manufactured. In such a case we need as much information as possible to enable us to manufacture the specific item.MINDO will protect your profit.

Yes. You can contact us directly, after our confirmation, we will send a password to you. You can help yourself download the catalogue (PDF format) from our website.
What is the lead time?
We normally require a lead time of 4 weeks. However, this may change according to whether it’s our peak season or off-peak season.
When is the peak season?
Peak season for us is from Sep. to Dec. during this period, the lead time will be longer.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We warmly welcome you to visit our factory and showroom at your convenient time. Our factory is located in the suburb of Ningbo City. It takes about 1.5 hours by car from Ningbo Airport. Please contact us directly for visiting, we will pick you up at the Ningbo Airport.
